The design of a family kitchen for a luxury home is a multi-layered challenge. The heart of the home, where may significant moments occur and memories are made, strikes the balance between aesthetic and practical considerations, where daily home life and special occasions meet. Designing for all purposes of the space is a considerable challenge.
Effortless elegance
We worked closely with our client to continue the countryside theme of the home through to a warm and inviting family kitchen with time together in mind. The island counter spans the width of the preparation area, supported on one side by a monolithic drawer arrangement, each front clad with stone to create a seamless feel.
The bar serves as a hub for quick morning coffees or casual evening meals, while the main dining arrangement sits within a large bay window, featuring a plush green velvet banquette seat and bespoke dining table.
